Lead Canvasser Responsibilities
- Be the frontline leader by inspiring, managing, motivating, and mentoring a team of canvassers in the field.
- Interact with homeowners and set the standards by generating your own leads.
- Train new hires and help develop their customer interaction skills with confidence to set appointments.
- Track performance, set daily goals, and celebrate team wins.
- Report to management with progress, insights, and ideas to level up results.
Lead Canvasser Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Vehicle
- Previous experience with sales, canvassing or team leadership is a plus!
