We're looking for an experienced Roofing Repair Technician to diagnose roofing issues, complete residential roof repairs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll work independently in the field while being supported by a team committed to quality workmanship, safety, and doing the job right.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose roof leaks, damage, and other residential roofing issues.
- Perform scheduled roof repairs, leak mitigation, and preventative maintenance.
- Repair or replace shingles, flashing, vents, sealants, and other roofing components.
- Inspect roofing systems and identify potential repair or maintenance needs.
- Explain findings and recommended repairs clearly and professionally to homeowners.
- Document completed work using mobile technology, including job notes and photos.
- Support warranty service requests and quality-control inspections.
- Maintain tools, materials, equipment, and company vehicles according to safety standards.
- Communicate with the local team regarding material needs, project updates, or delays.
- Follow company procedures and established roofing and job site safety practices.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on roofing experience required.
- Experience with asphalt shingles, flashing, leak detection, and residential roof repair.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working independently in the field.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to safely work on ladders, roofs, and at varying heights.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Experience in residential roofing, roof repair, roofing installation, shingle repair, flashing repair, leak detection, waterproofing, exterior restoration, or construction is highly relevant to this position.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
