The Role
As a Sales Representative at Storm Guard, you're on the front lines of helping homeowners protect what matters most. You'll meet with customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the restoration process with honesty and care. This isn't just a sales job. What You'll Do
Generate and Develop Business
- Develop leads through personal outreach and company marketing efforts.
- Canvass neighborhoods and build relationships within your local community.
- Generate referrals and earn positive reviews through exceptional service.
Serve the Customer
- Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and walk them through their options.
- Inspect roofs and exteriors to assess damage and determine the scope of repairs.
- Assist customers in selecting materials, colors, and solutions for their project.
Manage the Process
- Work with insurance companies and adjusters as needed throughout the claims process.
- Collect payment for completed services.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and keep your pipeline organized.
