๐ What You'll Do (Lead From the Front)
As a Lead Canvasser, youโll be the driving force behind our field team:
- ๐ฅ Inspire, manage, motivate, and mentor a team of canvassers in the field
- ๐ก Interact directly with homeowners and generate your own leads
- ๐ฏ Train new hires and build their confidence to set quality appointments
- ๐ Track performance, set daily goals, and celebrate team wins
- ๐ก Report to management with insights, progress, and ideas to boost results

What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driverโs License
- Reliable Vehicle
- Previous sales, canvassing, or team leadership experience (preferred but not required!)
- Leadership mindset and positive attitude

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
