Sales Manager (Player-Coach) – Construction
We’re not looking for a “sales manager.”
We’re looking for someone who can drive sales and hold people accountable.
We’re looking for someone who can drive sales and hold people accountable.
This role:
- Runs weekly sales calls
- Enforces numbers (inspections, leads, quotes, follow-ups, revenue)
- Fixes underperformance fast
- Coaches in the field and closes deals
You’ll lead a team selling:
- Roofing
- Siding
- Windows
- Gutters
Expect to work in the field.
What Matters
- You can run a tight meeting without winging it
- You hold people accountable (not just talk about it)
- You understand construction and can build a basic estimate
- You don’t avoid hard conversations
Comp
Base + performance bonus tied to team results

Compensation: $125,000.00 per year
