Storm Guard Roofing & Construction is Madison’s fastest-growing exterior restoration company, aiming to quadruple in size over the next 5 years. We’re building a high-performing production team, and we’re looking for a hands-on leader to oversee projects, manage crews, and ensure world-class results for our customers.
This is more than a management role — it’s an opportunity to lead operations, coach teams, and grow into senior leadership while earning $70,000–$140,000+ based on experience and performance.
What You’ll Own
- Oversee day-to-day production operations for roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior projects
- Build and maintain an industry-leading customer experience
- Schedule crews, materials, inspections, and subcontractors
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Communicate with homeowners on timelines and updates
- Work closely with sales to ensure smooth project handoff
- Resolve production challenges quickly and effectively
- Track project progress and maintain accurate records
- Maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationships
You’ll lead by example — ensuring high-quality execution while coaching your team to perform at top levels.
Who You Are
- Experienced in residential construction or exterior restoration (3+ years)
- Comfortable managing crews or subcontractors in the field
- Highly organized with strong scheduling and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator and natural leader
- Customer-focused with a commitment to quality
- Able to read scopes of work and understand construction contracts
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
