What You'll Do
- Generate new business through door knocking, referrals, and networking
- Perform complimentary roof inspections
- Meet with homeowners and insurance adjusters
- Educate customers and recommend roofing solutions
- Manage leads and follow up using our CRM
- Close sales and build lasting customer relationships
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
What We Offer
- First 90 Days: $35,000 annual base salary + commissions
- After 90 Days: Base salary + uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
- Average earnings: $65,000–$98,000+
- Top performers earn $120,000+
