Storm Guard is seeking an Entry-Level Residential Roofing Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you believe in doing the right thing, working with enthusiasm, and creating exceptional customer experiences, we’d love to meet you.

Job Summary

You will generate leads, inspect properties, meet with homeowners and insurance adjusters, and close sales for exterior restoration projects. This is a field-based, door-to-door role that requires comfort with prospecting, climbing roofs, and working outdoors.  While our office is based in Brecksville, our large, high-opportunity sales territory spans much of Northeast Ohio, including the Greater Cleveland area and surrounding communities. 

This is an entry-level role with comprehensive training using Storm Guard’s proven sales systems and playbooks. Prior roofing experience is not required. Grit, accountability, and a willingness to learn are.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.

No sales experience? That’s okay. We care more about attitude and effort than resumes.
