Position Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to help re-engage past prospects and maximize our customer opportunities. This role is key in connecting homeowners with the services they need while supporting our field sales team.
Schedule:
- Weekdays - late afternoon to evening
- Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to previous leads and prospects to reintroduce services and schedule appointments.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide timely, professional information.
- Collaborate with the sales and scheduling teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Track all activity in the CRM accurately and update lead status.
- Achieve weekly/monthly appointment and conversion goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling rejection professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-starting.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
