Storm Guard of the Smokies is actively hiring driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing Top tier team. If selected you will not be starting at tier one. You will be starting at the level you bring to the table. We expect you to learn our CRM and hit the ground running.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform roof and exterior inspections for storm-related damage or the need for work to be done. Yes we sell plenty of Retail!
  • Meet with homeowners to educate them on their options and guide them through the claims process.
  • Measure and estimate repair needs using proven systems.
  • Generate new business through grassroots marketing and lead follow-ups.



What You’ll Bring:

  • 1+ year of sales or more. .
  • Confidence in face-to-face communication with homeowners.
  • Ability to climb roofs and assess property damage.
  • Reliable transportation and strong time management.
  • A self-starter mentality—motivated, independent, and organized.
  • Proven track record in sales? Show us the receipts.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
