Key Responsibilities:

Engage with homeowners through neighborhood canvassing.
Promote Storm Guard products and services.
Participate in team meetings and strategic planning.
Use canvassing software for tracking and efficiency.
Oversee team performance, provide feedback, and drive improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Confident public speaker with a persuasive, engaging demeanor.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Resourceful problem solver with a passion for learning.
Outgoing and thrives in social settings.
Eager to mentor others after mastering the role.
Available Monday–Friday and two Saturdays per month. (flexible hours)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
