Job Summary
The Construction Supervisor reports directly to the Residential Construction Project Manager and is charged with assuring that all projects assigned by the RC Project Manager meet customer and stakeholder specifications. They also assist with ensuring proper safety procedures are followed. Additional tasks related to production may be assigned, however, the Construction Runner will primarily receive direction from the RC Project Manager. The Construction Runner will comply with any instructions given by the Residential Construction Project Manager. Additionally, they will assist with the reporting and clerical work related to completed jobs. This position will require travel to various local locations where jobs are being completed.

Responsibilities 
  • Supports and reports to the Residential Construction Project Manager, following instructions as directed
  • Assists in overseeing the day-to-day operations of roofing projects and will show excellent attention to detail and communication with subcontractors, team members, and customers
  • Demonstrates commitment to the core values of the company and must show the willingness to do what it takes to deliver quality workmanship and customer service.
  • This position will require travel to various local locations where work is being performed
  • Delivers materials as needed for the jobs and removes leftover materials from the job site in collaboration with the subcontractors
  • Communicate to Residential Construction Project Manager any issues that may impair quality or safety
  • Assist in resolving customer service-related issues as they arise
  • Monitors compliance with job site safety plans and company safety procedures
  • Assists with various company initiatives and projects as business needs dictate
Qualifications
  • Experience in roofing/siding/construction industry a plus
  • Coachable team player with a willing attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and help manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with team members and external parties.
  • Fluency in Spanish is requirement
  • Valid Driver's License 
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
