Job Description:

The Field Claims Specialist supports the sales team and in-house Insurance Supplementer. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales.

This role is primarily to serve as the direct contact during field adjustments with the Insurance Adjuster onsite to ensure a thorough estimate of weather remediation, restoration and/or repair.

Job Responsibilities:

Attend inspections and meetings with insurance company representatives as required.
Keep clients informed throughout the claim process, offering high-quality customer service.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all claims and negotiations.
Follow up on jobs that need re-inspections and provide documentation and/or photo reports.
Read Insurance estimates (summaries) with the ability to explain to customers.
Help prepare sales associates by educating them on insurance processes and the product selection meetings.

Job Requirements:

· Understanding of the complexities of property claims.

· A keen eye for detail, excellent negotiation skills, and a drive to support our company and customers.

· Ability to climb ladders and be present on roofs with inspectors.

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in storm damage insurance claims or a related field.

· Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

· The capacity to manage multiple claims efficiently and effectively.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
